He has more than 25 years of experience in environmental modelling, development of geospatial application (SDSS, Web GIS) and data science (AI) in the field of climate services for resilient cities, energy and agriculture, hydrology, flood risk, remote sensing, air dispersion and health risk assessment.
He has more than 15 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment, Hydrology, Hydraulic Risk assessment and design, Multimedia fate and transport modelling, Hydropower plants design.
He has contributed to development of several Spatial Decision Support System integrating into a GIS framework remote sensing data, surface-groundwater modeling, climate services , meteorological and hydrological mathematical numerical for hydraulic hazard assessment.
He’s leading the development of geospatial and cloud web mapping product (GDAL, numpy, pandas, geopandas, docker) exploiting AWS infrastructure.
Antonio is a licensed drone pilot with skills in topographic surveys, 3D rendering and GIS mapping.
Francesca she is the PM of Saferplaces.co EIT- Climate KIC project.
Graduated in Computer Science and currently pursuing a Master degree in Artificial Intelligence.
